 In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would like to hear about it and help.  Please email us at chrystal@sanctuarybycrenee.com and let us know how your purchase did not meet your expectations.  

To initiate the return or refund process, please email us. We will reimburse the shipping cost, plus replace the item, when there is an error or defect in material or manufacturing.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and are requesting a refund, please see below for stipulations.

RETURNS:

• You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date of transaction.
• For a return to be eligible, it must be in the same condition in which it was received (including all original packaging). 
• There must a proof of purchase or receipt.
• Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a return.
